Good to read it from galie's own word.

At this rate, I think there are going to be more job opening for AreanaNet very soon.

As long as they get some new voice actors, I'm happy.

This does rather beg the question about another subject of furthur GW releases, if there was a year between expansions then surely there would be more time to plan and add extra skills to the sins and rits!

The worst thing about GW is how unbalanced it is at times, 2 expansions ain't doing this game any favours, take that extra 6 months to tweak everything!

well compared to the imbalance in some games this is nothing. i wouldn't complain too much. Play a game like WoW and then you'll see alot of complaints aout imba this, imba that.

I agree, relative to other games Guild Wars' balance issues are less game driven and more player driven.

Sure there are some skill imbalances but in general there is NO be all end all team builds. Iway/Vimway, can both be countered by good groups with other builds. Same with spike builds.

While it's true that Balanced groups may not have as much of a chance as a structured build and there are some balance issues that could be fixed, for the most part Anet stays on top of it better than most companies AND is able to put out an expansion every 6 months.

You talk about games like WoW or SWG and you find gamebreaking builds that cause chaos in the pvp systems they have (though since SWG has been dumbed down its not as much of problem, the game just sucks more now).

The cool thing I have found about GW is that the trends of what is overpowered is usually relieved by the community itself, in finding the right combonations to beat those so called overpowered combonations and becomes what is now "overpowered". If Anet was working on balance all the time, and "fixing" or nerfing every powerful build that was discovered then they'd have no time for anything else and on top of that many usefull builds would either go undiscovered or unused. There are some good instances where Anet has stepped in and nerfed a few skills to make things more balanced, or increased them to make them more attractive but from what I have seen since the E3 for everyone event is that game tends to balance itself due to the community.
